Wall Hangings & Tapestries

Muriel’s designs are inspired by her surroundings, by the ever-changing colours of the Irish landscape, particularly of Co. Wicklow where she lives and works in her home studio, where each wall hanging is individually designed and woven by hand using natural materials.

The subtle natural colours of land, sea and sky are woven together on the loom using fine wools and linens combining traditional handweaving skills with contemporary design to create unique works of art.
